We only accept card payment, Credit/Debit Card. We accept Visa, Master, JCB, and American Express.

Payment Failure?

1. Check your card balance/ bank limit.
2. Make sure OPT is entered correctly. 
3. Make sure to authorise the payment instantly via app if approval needed.
4. Try a different card.

Your order is NOT confirmed until payment is successful.

Invoices & Receipts

Confirmation email will be sent to your email right after payment. You can also see it from "My Orders" in your account.

The Invoice will be issued once your order been processed and dispatch out. 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment card. Card payment refund will usually take around 2 - 4 weeks.
