CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED

CHINESE BOOKS DEPARTMENT

Permanent Part-Time 2 days (approximately 14 hours per week)

Kinokuniya Bookstores of Australia is the largest retail bookstore in the Asia Pacific region, with over 80 operations worldwide. Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, we pride ourselves in being the largest bookstore in Australia with expansive space and specialised departments spanning from Comics to Art and Design.

We are currently hiring for the Chinese Books Department and are looking for someone with a passion for books and manga, as well as having excellent customer service skills.

We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualities

• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to speak fluent Mandarin
• The ability to read, write and type in both traditional and simplified Chinese is essential
• Has a passion for Chinese books and manga
• Knowledge of game merchandise and trending products would be preferred but not essential
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• A flexible team player

Experience:

• 2 years of experience in the retail industry
