Customer Service Representative – English Books Department – Children’s and Non-Fiction (Part Time)
PERMANENT PART-TIME (23 hours/ week)
Kinokuniya Bookstores of Australia is the largest retail bookstore in the Asia Pacific region. Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, we pride ourselves in being the largest bookstore in Australia with expansive space and specialised departments spanning from Children’s Books to Comics and Art and Design.
Kinokuniya is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to work in the Children’s and Non-Fiction English Books Department.
The ideal applicant will have extensive knowledge in Children’s Books and an interest in a diverse array of Non-Fiction categories, including History, Travel, Politics, Business, Social Science and Religion. You will need to be available to work approximately 23 hours per week, including weekdays and a weekend.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Customer Service: face-to-face and through phone and email
- Replenishing/merchandising stock on the shelves and daily housekeeping
- Ad-hoc duties when required
