Jacqui Clarke has been called ‘Australia’s best kept money secret’. As a personal wealth and money management expert, she has over three decades of experience helping high-net-worth families, individuals and business owners to build, manage and preserve their wealth. She’s renowned for her ability to provide unbiased, independent advice that is pragmatic and focused on legacy-leaving outcomes.

Jacqui is an acclaimed full services financial executive who, after a significant career at the world’s best blue chip accounting firms, went on to co-found the highly successful boutique accounting and advisory firm Maxima Private in addition to her own consulting business. She is the current Chair of an iconic global family business; and the Non-Executive Director on two ASX listed boards and a charity.

Jacqui doesn’t ‘sell’ solutions or ‘products’; and she doesn’t give investment advice. Her mission is simply to help everyone build their financial independence and the ability to handle just about any financially significant challenge life serves up (because it will). She’s passionate about helping people to navigate their financial future with confidence – regardless of income.

Jane Flemming OAM is one of Australia’s best known sporting personalities. The dual Olympian had a world number 2 ranking, won two Commonwealth Games Gold and two Silver medals over a period of 15 years in elite competition. Jane remains the Commonwealth Games Heptathlon and National record holder (set in 1990).

Throughout Jane’s successful sporting career she was associated with a number of companies including Toyota, Rexona, Telstra, Qantas, AXA, Westpac, AMP, Bausch and Lombe – RayBan, Blackmores and Ostelin as an ambassador. Post athletics career, Jane founded Flemming Promotions – a sponsorship/marketing/management consultant working with Cadbury, Samsung, Coates Hire and British Airways to name a few and commercially managed Olympic Legends Daley Thompson, Sebastian Coe and Michael Johnson.

In 2014 Jane helped launch Live Life Get Active, a community health initiative that now operates across Australia as well as being awarded the Order of Australia for services to athletics and the community. In 2016 Jane was named one of Westpac and the Financial Review’s “100 Most Influential Women”, in 2019 was awarded the Government of NSW “Community Service Award” in recognition and appreciation of her outstanding contribution to the community and in 2023 named in the “100 most influential women in sport”.

Jane is a professional director of the Sydney North Health Network, Athletics Australia and the Australian Accountants, Lawyers and Directors Conference, and previously as a Director of the “Humpty Dumpty Foundation”
