Join master paper-cut artist, Chihiro Takeuchi, for a fun workshop where you will learn how to create beautiful paper-cut art of your own.

What you’ll be doing

Be introduced to ‘kirigami’, the Japanese art of folding paper, by creating an adorable robot pop-up greeting card.

Ages

For ages 6+. Please note, children will need some adult assistance in this workshop. It is best a parent/guardian remains with them in the session.

About the instructor

Chihiro Takeuchi is a renowned paper cut artist living in Osaka, Japan. In 2015 and 2016 Chihiro was part of a select group of artists to exhibit at the prestigious Bologna Book Fair. She has produced several books with including Whose Bones? and the successful board books Colours and Animals.

Cost

$15 per child, excluding parent/guardian (plus Eventbrite service fee and GST).
