Celebrate Free Comic Book Day, throughout Spring!

To stay safe and ensure we adhere to store capacity guidelines, we are celebrating Free Comic Book Spring. This means free comics every week, over the next few weeks!

From the 21st September, we’ll be releasing different comic titles each week to give out for free! All you have to do is let our friendly cashier staff know which titles you would like.

Each person shall receive a copy of:

X-Men and Sue & Tai-chan

In week 1, we’ll be releasing these exciting titles – Asterix, Blade Runner 2019, The Boys #1, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess/Splatoon, and Norse Mythology/Critical Role. You may choose 2 of the below titles:

Be sure to follow and check our social media (Instagram, Facebook or Twitter) to find out what titles we will be releasing each week, as they will only be up for grabs that week.

All online Webstore orders will receive 3 RANDOM comics with their graphic novel and/or manga orders.

PLUS, we’ll be rewarding 20 Kinokuniya Card Top Spenders with a complete full set of Free Comic Book Spring titles! Simply be a Kinokuniya Card member and make graphic novel and manga (including figurines!) purchases throughout the period 21st September – 15th November (in-store only).

At the end of the promotional period, the 20 Top Spenders will be notified and receive a full set!

Terms and conditions:

• Comic titles released each week will be announced on social media. Please follow and check our Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter accounts. The titles will only be available the week they are released.

• All comic titles are available while stocks last.

• One set of comics per person, each day.

• Webstore customers will receive 3 free comics (selected at random) with their graphic novel/manga orders.

• 20 Kinokuniya Card Top Spenders will be rewarded with a full set of Free Comic Book Spring titles. To be eligible to win, ensure:

  • You are a current Kinokuniya Card member

  • Make graphic novel, manga, and/or figurine in-store purchases throughout 21 September – 15 November

• Top Spenders will be notified after the end of the promotional period via email/phone. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
