Cooperative Classroom Testing discusses the application of cooperative learning principles in a classroom-testing environment. Using the 'Cooperative Testing Environment Model,' this book demonstrates the role of the teacher and students in both K-12 and higher education classrooms. The book features an in-depth analysis of test scores from 1999 to 2001, reflections and observations of groups implementing the model, and a brief literature review of key cooperative learning principles and factors used in a variety of cooperative testing arrangements. All of this material helps to illustrate how this model enhances the test performance of small teacher-selected groups and leads to rewarding academic and social experiences. Cooperative Classroom Testing is a hands-on, accessible guide for implementing cooperative learning principles during general instruction or testing situations.
