A Paradise for Fools (Fred Taylor Art Series) (Large Print)

Praise for the Fred Taylor Art mysteries... "[In] the league of Iain Pears's art-history whodunits." -Kirkus Reviews of Dirty Linen The young woman in the hair salon raises her shirt to reveal a riot of stunning tattoos. Watching from the barber's chair, Fred Taylor knows those weird insects, beasts, and naked human figures could only come from a painting of significant value. Fred's employer, collector Clayton Reed, is out of the country. Left to his own devices, Fred follows the trail, despite the distractions presented by librarian Molly Riley. Then he encounters the first serious bump in the road: a suspiciously convenient hit-and-run that brings one potential informant into an abrupt dead end.... Nicholas Kilmer, formerly dean of the Swain School of Design in New Bedford, Massachusetts, presently makes his living in the art business. A Paradise for Fools is eighth in his Fred Taylor art mystery series.
