Form Supplement | Traianos Pakioufakis
In his second collaboration with Éditions, Traianos Pakioufakis culminates his latest photographic works, Form Supplement.
Expanding on his previous Éditions works, Flora Forms, Pakioufakis draws his focus on black and white abstract flora, often evoking beauty and dread within a singular form.
The release will see a very limited book release (a First Edition of 200 including 25 Special Edition blue covers) which will be launched alongside an exhibition of his works including for the first time, his Flora Forms release at Kinokuniya’s Wedge Gallery on Thursday 17 August, 6.30pm.
Opening: Thursday 17 August, 6.30pm
Exhibition dates: 17–28 August, 2017

About the Artist | Traianos Pakioufakis’ photographic works occupy extreme territories, especially evident within his many music collaborations; the avant-garde/noise at one end (Alvin Lucier, PAN label, Max Richter, Keiji Haino) to those with a broader, popular reach (Yoko Ono, Universal Music, Harvey Sutherland). He balances either end of the spectrum with the same rigorous qualities to which his work has become known.
