While we’re embarking on our celebration of food during Cookbook Month, we will also be bringing in some of our favourite chefs and foodies for an exciting program of events!

Kepos Street Kitchen‘s Michael Rantissi and Kristy Frawley will be talking about their new cookbook, Hummus & Co. and will show us how to make their signature homemade hummus. Sabine Spindler and Alex Elliot-Howey of Cornersmith will be demonstrating recipes from their latest title, Salads & Pickles. We’ll have Lennox Hastie of acclaimed restaurant Firedoor talking about his debut cookbook, and the Bourke Street Bakery boys Paul Allam and David McGuinness will be in to chat about their long-awaited cookbook of sweet offerings, All Things Sweet. And we’ll even have Poh Ling Yeow of Poh’s Kitchen fame here in store to tell us about her new baking book, Poh Bakes 100 Greats.
